LL Cool J has been tapped as the host for this year’s upcoming Grammy Awards. The 54th annual event is set to take place on February 12 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and the hip-hop icon says he’s excited to be a part of the event. “I’m thrilled to be part of Music’s Biggest Night,” said LL Cool J in an official statement. “I will always have fond memories of my first Grammy Awards and to now be hosting the Grammy show, in the company of so many other incredible artists, is a dream come true. Great performances and great music—it’s gonna be a great night!”
