Jay-Z’s clothing line, Rocawear, began selling a t-shirt this week inspired by the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations that’s been jumping off within cities across the country. The new tee reads “Occupy All Streets,” a play on the name of the movement protesting major financial institutes. On it, the “W”in “Wall” is scratched out in red, and a red “S” is added to the word “Street”.

A Rocawear spokesperson issues this statement yesterday [Nov. 11th]

“The “Occupy All Streets” T shirt was created in support of the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement. Rocawear strongly encourages all forms of constructive expression, whether it be artistic, political or social. “Occupy All Streets” is our way of reminding people that there is change to be made everywhere, not just on Wall Street. At this time we have not made an official commitment to monetarily support the movement.”
