Roc Nation Artist K Koke Slams The Police For Lack Of Evidence, Says He’ll Be Home Soon.

K Koke has broken his silence since being arrested in April with a phone interview from prison in which he discussed his case, the Police and and his label.

In an interview with Industry Stalker which surfaced online yesterday, Roc Nation’s K Koke broke his silence about being arrested for attempted murder. Confirming his status Koke offered “Right now I’m on remand for attempted murder, Something that I aint involved in but obviously the police are trying to put me involved kind of thing, but yeah, they aint got no evidence. It’s just bullshit really. I shouldn’t even be here. But because of my previous and my history, that’s why I’m here.” Koke, born Kevin Georgiou also revealed concerns that the Police may be using his music against him to aide their case “They downloaded my video so I assume they’re going to use that against me. But music’s my trade, it’s what took me off of the road and got me doing positive things so I don’t understand how they’re going to use that against me.”

After confirming that he’s been writing through the stressful situation “I’ve been writing one or two tunes. But I’m stressed out right now, my head’s not right you feel me?” Koke responded to rumours about his status with Roc Nation, with the ink barely dry on the contract when he was arrested, he was asked if he was still signed “Of course. I’m good, I’m nice, I’ll be home soon yeah.”

The Stonebridge rapper maintains his innocence, claiming to be none the wiser about why he’s being targeted “Maybe it’s my past. I don’t know” continuing that he doesn’t think the police have a strong case “They’ve got a idiot picture that ain’t me that two police officers identified as me. It’s a joke. That’s all they’ve got.”
