There were rumors that Jay-Z and wifey Beyoncé gave Winfrey the honor and chose Hov’s homie Tyran “Ty Ty” Smith as the baby’s godfather. Still no word on whether or not Ty Ty will be Blue Ivy’s godfather, but when it comes to Oprah’s relationship with the baby the rumor is not true says the media queen’s bestie Gayle King. “Let me just say, if that’s true, it is news to her. It is news to her. You know, she was heading to South Africa when baby Blue was born,” King said of the rumors on Friday on her “CBS This Morning” news show.
